BT Industries Presence on SH

Hello,

I recall there was a BT Industries rep. on SH - Can someone give me his/her handle? I have an Atlas Cal with a broken retention screw and I can't seem to get help from their CS.

I just emailed them and next day they called and fix my problem. Class A customer service from them.
