So I am in the process of setting up my new 650 and before I get all the dies and everything in place making sure I have everything I want for it.

If I go with a bullet feeder which is better the gsi or mr bullet feeder. Also what am I giving up going with one. I am new to the progressive game but want to get the most out of the machine. I will be loading 45 and 9 on in it in big runs at each time.

Thanks

Walter

Have loaded well over 20k rounds w/ a Mr Bullet feeder on a 650. If set up correctly it works awesome. Just follow the directions and you will love it. VERY fast. Can easily load 100 rnds in 5 min (with case feeder too).

They both work, the only thing you give up with the KISS/mrbulletfeeder is the ability to have a PC die and seat then crimp in two stations.

This is a video of one of the 650 GSI feeders I setup with a homemade collator.

The GSI is also includes a billet aluminum tool head. Not as big of a deal on a 650 but saves $200 for an extra tool head on the 1050.
