Rifle Scopes Burris Fast Fire 3 - Out of Elevation Adjustment

I am not sure if this is the correct sectionfor this question, but here goes...

I have a Burris Fast Fire 3 with an 8 MOA dot mounted on a CZ Scorpion Evo 16 inch carbine in 9mm. I am using the mount that came with the sight. At 25 yards, I am shooting approximately 6 inches low and I am maxed out on elevation. Is there a solution to this problem? Do I need a mount that sits a little lower on the top rail? I was shooting factory ammo with bullet weights of 115 and 124 grain.

Can you post a picture of your setup right now?

There is absolutely zero reason you should be that far off with the 115moa of elevation travel. Stupid questions:

• Are you sure you were turning the elevation the right way?
• Are you sure the mount is aligned properly on the rail?
