Rifle Scopes Burris Veracity 3x15x50 on my Tikka T3 Lite

New to the forum and from reading I see a lot of knowledge on here.
I found great deal online for on of these. MOA as that is what I am accustomed to. FFP Fullfield E1 reticle. I have never had a FFP scope before. I recently bought a 6x24x44 Athlon Argon FFP on line and couldn’t see the reticle until it got to 12 power. I returned it for that reason. Was wondering if anyone had this scope and reticle. I don’t have a store with the scope to look through so online pictures and you tube is all I can go by. Im wanting it for pasture hunting from 50-350 yards and some 600 yard target shooting. I know that isn’t long for a lot of you on here but that’s been about my best shooting so far using a Vortex HST. I don’t want to buy and send back again if possible. Hoping it’s a good optic.

I've got one, and while the glass and controls are just fine, the reticle is honestly somewhat useless to me. I can never remember what distances/drops are associated with the lines; it would be much more useful if they had mil (or even MOA) values associated with them (IMO).

That said, if it's your only holdover/hold-off optic (or if you have a better memory than I do), then it's certainly a good option for its intended use.

Why don't you make a small dope card for the holdover stadia, if you have trouble memorizing that information?

Well, a lot of it has to do with the fact that I'm... uh... motivationally challenged. It also has to do with the fact that I just don't shoot that particular rifle very often. If I'm being honest, I'm really thinking about selling it and going to an Athlon Ares BTR 2.5-15, but want to be able to compare the glass on the two of them before I pull the trigger.

How audible and stable are the Turrets on it. Would be nice to dial it in some at the bench
