Hello folks, long time lurker here....
I currently have a Savage 10FP (.308) with a Nikon 6-24x50 scope that I love shooting/reloading. I'm looking for another bolt action in .223, and because the Savage has treated me good, I was thinking of being brand loyal
. The .223 would be a paper puncher at 200 yards max. I was looking at the 11FPX3 w scope and was wondering what everyone thought?
I have a Nikon 3-9x40 on a MP15-22 that I'd swap to the new .223 and put the cheap Simmons scope on the 15-22. I have some .223 brass and 55 gr bullets from my AR-15. We usually set some targets, cans, etc. up at 200 yards and goto town.
