I ordered some new mags from C Products in February...got a receipt from them and have never heard from them again. Their WEB page is down and if you call you get a recorded "out to lunch" message.

Does anyone know what is going on with them?

Crap. I just ordered something from them last week.

I noticed that the links on their email receipt are wrong. They try to open:

but the actual site is:

http://store.cproductsllc.com/

I called them about 2 weeks ago to order some mags for my Grendel. I got a freakin answering machine during business hours multiple times.

I decided to buy from somebody who actually answers phones. Glad I did.

Sucks to hear about C-Products having issues like this. If you want to buy C-Products, 44Mag.com has an abundant supply of them in 5.56, 6.5Grendel, 6.8SPC and 7.62x39. Also 44Mag.com's prices are generally pretty good.

I also put in an order on their web site about 3 weeks ago. I did get through on the phone 2 days ago. I was told by the gal on the phone that the mags I ordered where in production and that I should have them in 2 - 3 weeks.

Thankfully when I ordered online, I printed off the invoice giving me my order #. I have yet to get an e-mail from them, or see a charge on my credit card. I'll give it another couple weeks........ if I get the same ole run around, I'll cancel my order.

When I called in, I just kept trying the options, press 1 for this, 2 for that, 3 for that until I got a line that didn't have a mail box full and someone answered. I think I got through on my 3rd or 4th try.

I'm in the same boat, placed order end of January, had a phone conversation mid February, still waiting. Phone call the other day, left message, no response. They haven't charged my credit card, I'll be patient.

So does anyone know for sure what's going on with C Products? It would be a shame if they went out of business. I've used several of their AICS mags and their quality for the dollar is great. $65 instead of $100 and they're all aluminum construction and very sturdy.

C Products is now answering their phone. I just called checking on my order. Was on hold for maybe a minute or two before I talked with a live person.

My order shipped on Friday, March 18th - priortiy mail, so it should be here today or tomorrow.

Finally........ my order arrived today by US mail.

CProducts seems to be slower than hell, but at least I got what was ordered.

Order placed 2/24, order shipped notification 3/18, package delivered 3/25.

Still waiting for mine but I suspect it will be a while. At least it wasn't a big order.
