The Cadex action is very TRG like. It does have a shroud safety which could be a pro or con.
The Cadex is a pig (it's "lite" in name only), but that TRG version is as well.
I'm not fond of the Cadex rear adjustments, the TRG is a little better in that department I think.
The TRG trigger is nice and it detaches from the bottom for cleaning, the Cadex is their Rem 700 trigger I believe (looks like it).
Cadex uses AICS while TRG has TRG mags, which some love and some hate.
If it were me I would choose a regular TRG (not the A1) any day. I'm biased so I would add KRG kit as needed. Really though you could get a regular TRG and add our fixed W-3 backend and still be under these two. Actually you could probably put a full KRG W-3 on there for less money and have the forend options, NV stuff, etc.
If you just love the look or the idea of one, you probably won't be happy unless you get that one.
