Cadex Guardian Lite -vs- Sako TRG22 A1

The price is not as much of the issue as is the weight. The AI is over 3 lbs heavier at 15lbs. The TRG 22/A1 tips the scales at 11.8 lbs. And the AI is $1500 more... Looking for something that's almost packable. Not interested in switch barrel feature either.
The Cadex action is very TRG like. It does have a shroud safety which could be a pro or con.
The Cadex is a pig (it's "lite" in name only), but that TRG version is as well.
I'm not fond of the Cadex rear adjustments, the TRG is a little better in that department I think.
The TRG trigger is nice and it detaches from the bottom for cleaning, the Cadex is their Rem 700 trigger I believe (looks like it).
Cadex uses AICS while TRG has TRG mags, which some love and some hate.
If it were me I would choose a regular TRG (not the A1) any day. I'm biased so I would add KRG kit as needed. Really though you could get a regular TRG and add our fixed W-3 backend and still be under these two. Actually you could probably put a full KRG W-3 on there for less money and have the forend options, NV stuff, etc.
If you just love the look or the idea of one, you probably won't be happy unless you get that one.

. I'm leaning towards the TRG only because I purchased almost everything from KRG so I wanted a complimentary feeling rifle from the factory.. And to be honest I love tubular handguards so the A1 is banging on all cylinders in my opinion. My current W3 Gen 6 CTR comp rig ...Attachments

I have to pull for Cadex... Buddy has the sako M10 and I have the cadex. I agree there is nothing Lite about the Cadex. That name is pretty funny.
i also agree the cadex is very sako-like. A beefy Sako.
here is another idea.... If you could find a good price on a TRG22 , you could put it in a cadex chassis and have a hybrid of both
