So you are aware of what is actually going on, here is the link to the settlement - this was agreed upon by both parties, not a court ruling.

The requirements and designs of the industry has passed the Ashbury chassis by.

While Ashbury focused on an insignificant legal battle,CADEX designed and successfully introduced the new STRIKE DUAL chassis system and DRAKE ASSOCIATES has incorporated this STRIKE DUAL chassis into their widely accepted and acclaimed STALKER Series of TACTICAL RIFLES.

Today competitive long range shooter is looking forward to new, fresh ides and designs and CADEX and DRAKE ASSOCIATES have delivered.

No one has the time or interest to look to the past for soultions.

I have one of the GEN 2 Strike 33s that I ordered from Drake Associates. At the time they were not offering Remingtom based rifles, it was shortly after I received my chassis the Chris informed me of the new offering. Had I waited, I would have purchased a complete system right from Drake.
With that said, I have zero plans to dump of my Strike 33. The chassis is rock solid, and if you choice to believe in such things, its a work of art.
Next step is a complete Rifle from Drake on Rangemaster in 260.
