Please. I need to lap my rings but I can't bring myself to buy a bar just to lap rings once. I don't plan on changing rings or the scope so its going to stay once it's lapped. I will put a deposit down or whatever is needed and I will pay shipping back and forth. Thank you.

Haha now if I man up and actually buy the seekins rings (like I should have to begin with) I would agree with you. But I can't say I have full faith in millet and their $60 rings haha. I know I know, I'm basically trying to polish a turd here but with a little work I think they will work fine.

So you were a tight ass on rings that you think now require a lapping bar that you want to pay to ship both ways which will put you right up to having the same money in a set of seekins? There's a reason they say buy once, cry once.

Millet rings were $60 I think. Shipping both ways will not be another $70. Granted they will still not be anywhere near the quality, they will just be not as terrible haha.

How about a 34mm lapping bar? I can't find one of the damned things anywhere. My M1A uses a split rail scope mount and they are ever so slightly out of alignment when torqued, like what you'd see on a rem700 or weatherby receiver that was out of spec. And yes I know the best solution is to junk the M1A and get an AR10, I'm in CA and want to take advantage of the bucket of USGI mags I have preban though....
