Rifle Scopes Canted crosshairs in Unertl target scope

Bought a Pre-64 Model 70 Winchester with a "Hathcock type" Unertl 12X scope. The crosshairs seem a little bit canted and I'm wondering what if any fix there is for this....Scope is mounted in posa bases on front of the receiver and the barrel.
