This waste of Space doesn't give the cop the right to blow through an intersection at high speed. That is the issue. Yes waste of space bears responsibility for running.

Pursue yes, but at the same time, the cop hold responsibility for the accident. Its fucked up, as his intentions were likely to stop ole boy. But when that creates more dangerous situation... that is a problem.

Personally, I bet the girl killed likely didnt yeild/see cop coming. Teen drivers are not the most experienced. I see people do stupid shit all the time in response to emergency vehicles.

Thats why I’d personally like to see dash cam video.
