Car theif ass hole ; if he’d have fought the street or pulled a gun or knife of even fought hard . But this looks like pure saddistic torture to me and the officer that did it is facing up 9 years after his felony assault conviction.

The thing I always struggle with , multiple people on the scene, lots of cameras - who thought this was a good idea and how did not one of them say something like “hey don’t this minor in the face at close range with a air gun while your on camera and he’s in cuffs you’re going to get us all jammed up “. Not one . Hopefully he can ruminate on this one while in Gen pop at Huntsville prison. I hear they have a decent library.

I remember when this happened and just say the update that he was indeed convicted, not even qualified immunity saved him from this one , wonder if he tortured animals like is being discussed in the other thread ?

Without the full unedited video it's hard to have an objective opinion.

That said, seventeen years old is an adult and the man is a car thief- car thieves deserve dirt naps because stealing a car could destroy a family's ability to survive, especially if they're right on the financial edge of losing the roof over their head.

I'm not rabid anti-cop so I won't take the side of a car thief. The cop was very stupid, but the man is a car thief.

I'm pretty anti-cop, but I equate a car to a horse. We used to hang horse thieves. My views keep changing the more I'm impacted by felons directly or indirectly. I currently have to get a Walmart shit stain to open a cabinet so I can get shave gel and razors!

And that is the sad part of the story.
Because of the lack of accountability for Uniform Hangers, and the lack of training and the lack of professional standards being vigorously enforced,
The taxpayers will have to undoubtedly make a huge payout to a criminal thug who deserved to be in jail

The taxpayers also have to pay for the court costs and incarceration costs of the Uniform Hanger who would have been given a pat on the back for a good arrest had he not let his baser instincts go wild.

And in the end the rest of the 13/80 type get to celebrate some jackpot justice and be emboldened to go out and do crimes even more.

no charges filed against the kid they blinded - if he stole a car I’d like to see him do 15+ years .

For a pig to torture and blind a handcuffed minor I’d like to see life - and 20+ for the other pigs that did nothing about it .
If they have the energy to torture kids in handcuffs why the fuck if the unsolved murder rate at over 50% and violent crime skyrocketed? Directed energy and fury is what’s called for .
