Gunsmithing Carbon Fiber Stock

Re: Carbon Fiber Stock

Most McMillan stocks can be made with carbon fiber (what they called their EDGE stocks), but must be special-ordered. I have an A1-3 EDGE and love it. The only disadvantages are that you can't have adjustable hardware (such as an adjustable cheekpiece or buttstock) and you can't get molded in colors.

Light, robust, and very symetrical along the show line. Both on the shelf. Inlet to order.

I don't own one of these nor have I used one but I have seen the M40 in person and saw the torture test that Chad puts these through and I gotta think they are as good as any out there as far as strength and durability.
