I run suppressed a lot with dirty Russian ammo. I use whatever lube because it actually makes it easier to clean because all that dirty shit get caught up in the lube amd I can just use this process to clean:Are the current KAC's finicky with lube? Mine has to be like Cytheria to run well.

Mines sitting here broken right now. They break like anything else. Great guns. Lets not pretend they are perfect. Can you cite examples of the SR-15 breaking?
There are 3rd party sources for their barrel wrench by the way.
This, but unironically.Your findings and opinions are worthless flotsam. You have defiled your KAC by mating it to a lower of lesser pedigree. It’s like Humperdink marrying that useless narcissist, Buttercup. Or Forrest marrying that filthy whore, Jenny.
You are a miserable failure.
The fun part about them breaking, is that if you need/want to repair it using KAC components, you're either going to be waiting a long while for a replacement to get sourced, or you're going to pay out the ass on gunbroker.Mines sitting here broken right now. Holy shit, exact same thing happened to mine.Gas tube where it entered the upper developed a hole, not enough gas to cycle the gun. I had a $4k paperweight for almost half a year.
Probably contact from the bolt carrier plus off-axis tube? I’ve seen several examples where I’d have been concerned about prolonged wear due to the tube not being centered in the upper.Holy shit, exact same thing happened to mine.
Very likely yes. I still love the gun, but i hate that people pretend they are perfect. Always. Anything man made can break. Still an awesome weapon (and pinnacle of ar15s imo)Probably contact from the bolt carrier plus off-axis tube? Me too!I can't wait to see 100 yard group sizes.
Uhhhh… that’s not “lube”, bro. Common misconception. Are the current KAC's finicky with lube? Mine has to be like Cytheria to run well.
Joke's on you I don't talk to women.Uhhhh… that’s not “lube”, bro. Common misconception.
You’ve been warned.
Maybe slightly.Does your sr15 upper have the barrel feed ramps overhanging the receiver feed ramps?
It was a nice write up, the results were as expected.Session 6 is up!
Final accuracy testing.
So are my final thoughts on all of the uppers.
For those that have been following, thanks for hanging in there.
