Central Florida Gunsmith Recommendations?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good gunsmith in the Central Florida area? I am looking for someone to thread a barrel for a compensator/can installation. I have had pistol work done in Mt. Dora but would greatly appreciate any input from persons with experience in the area. Thank you in advance for any advice.

I'm in the same boat. I've been looking for a decent gunsmith in the Tampa Bay area to thread a barrel for me. I'm hoping someone here will help us out.

Try calling the folks in Mannatee Gun Range (MYAKKA CITY). They can probably steer you in the right direction.

If you dont mind the drive to Miami. Ozzie of STR RIFLES has installed two JP brakes on friends of mine from the range in recent months and has done an outstanding job. He regularly posts here as "STR". I would give him a call or drop a PM and see if he is available.

Dow Arms room, they threaded an AR-15 barrel for me several years ago for $50. They keep odd hours, Wed-Sat 8-6 I believe and are just outside of Tampa.
