Hey guys, I have a couple questions and I think this is the place to ask. I'm seriously considering the Centurion Arms VIS spr upper that's on sale and am wondering about the barrel. Do they make one in 18.5" and an 18"? I've contacted Monty and I'm currently waiting for a reply. I'm just curious if anyone here has any experience with the Vltor build that I'm looking at. I was ready to pull the trigger on a BCM MK 12 mod 3 until I came across the Centurion. It's a pretty darn good deal to pass up.

If I'm not mistaken Centurion uses contract MK12 barrels which are 18". I doubt they make one in 18.5" since they come direct from the barrel maker.

I think you are right about most of it but I don't think they come directly from the barrel maker. I think they get profiled at Barnett.
