Gunsmithing Cerakote spray gun?

I have been thinking about starting to use cerakote any opinions on this spray gun for a beginner? I was thinking that hplv or is it lphv was the way to go, will this work or will there be too much waste?

Low pressure gravity feed, adjustable needle travel, different port diameters for the sprayer nozzle.

I think that's the one I got when I worked for IR, it's painted many motorcycles and race car parts.

You can get the guns for a decent price straight from NIC. They are a relatively cheap gun but work fine for applying the Cerakote.

HVLP @ .8mm nozzle. Get the mini spray gun from NIC for under $40. Set your compressor at 30psi and your gun at a soft spray. Stay close to your part (about 6" away). Be careful not @ over 30psi or too far away. The cerakote will then tend to dry midair and texture will be sandy.

I use a harbor freight, lol $4.99. I know it's shameful but I've coated about 6 guns with it.

I tried the harbor freight gravity thread and it sucked balls.
