Chamber chamfer angle / size 6.5CM - AR10

I`ve recently built an AR10 in 6.5cm , had a few feed issues which are almost resolved but I`m noticing bullet heads are being scored as they enter the chamber so I was wondering what the optimal angle and amount to take off are for the beginning of the chamber ?

Are you sure the tips aren't being scratched while feeding ? Most likely the feed ramp reciever extension lugs need polishing.

Very common, BTW.

A dremel tool and some felt cones w/ polish usually will fix the scratching.

BE SURE to thoroughly clean the chamber and lugs recess are BEFORE letting the bolt lock closed.... those shedded felt fiber's will lock it closed mortar tight.
