So... I've got a bunch of conventional (laminate or fiberglass, with Devcon or Steelbed + pillars) stocks, and one chassis system (McRee). I've been wanting to use the chassis system to swap a few barrelled actions into/out of... one in particular, for trouble-shooting some gremlins that I can't seem to hunt down and kill as of yet.

If you work up an accurate load with a given barrelled action, will it need significant re-development to work when going from a conventionally stocked setup to a chassis system and back?

Assuming all other things equal, as long as your stock you are taking the barreled action off of is properly bedded and free floated, and you chassis mounts up tight to the action and maintains the free float I cannot think of any reason you would need to re-work any loads... Maybe just re-zero

I've gone from a laminate, pillar bedded stock to a HS stock with the bedding block. The load shot just the same and the zero shift was very slight. I would think you could swap back and forth at your will, just use a torque driver to keep everything the same each time.
