I'm working up a 77 grain .223 load using the Nosler guide, and Modern Reloading 2nd edition. I'm changing my cases and primers they list and starting at the bottom of the published loads, I'll be using LC 5.56 brass and CCI 41 primers. I know LC brass has a little less capacity, and the load from the Nosler book is a 5.56 load, not a .223. My question is, should I decrease the starting load by 5%?
