So what makes your chargemaster go crazy? Usually a text message during discharge will make mine drift .2-.3 grains. Usually just goes over desired amount. Well tonight my Facebook messenger went of and it caused my chargemaster to basically lock up. My target was 41.5 and it stopped at 38.7 and wouldn’t trickle, wouldn’t turn off, all buttons were unresponsive. Had to unplug and recalibrate. Is this normal???

I found that mine didn’t work because it was plugged into a power bar that was being shared by other devices.

Works like a charm with a dedicated outlet now!

I have seen threads discussing phones disrupting all scales, not just the charge master. This includes very high end scales

Mine is plugged in with either my trimmer or tumbler. Neither are on while weighing.

Better not be on its last leg. It’s only a year and half old and has less than 800 rounds weighed on it.

I have 2 chargemasters, 1 is at least 6 years old. I've seen all sorts of electro interference, including some overhead lighting and other gizmos. Cell phones are a problem for sure. I installed some ferrite core inline magnets on the power cords and that seems to help. But definetly keep your phone outta the room and everything else off.
