to the OP... S&W M&P is a good rifle... I don't like the "Sport" as much do to the lack of a ejection port dust cover or forward assist, but...

I have a couple of Daniel Defense.
1/7 Twist 16" barrel
They shoot real well with 75 gr match.
they open up a bit with the 62, and 55

Cheaper than dirt has'em on sale for $1185?
Mid Length V7.

Well,I ordered the S&W, and was told it was in stock at that time. I called back a few days later, and they said they had made a mistake; that the Smith's are on back order, and they don't know when they will come in. I bought a Spikes complete lower this weekend, and will finish it a little later.

subscribe to PSA. they have complete upper deals every week or so. i paid 286$ shipped for my 16" mid upper a week ago.

Thank you 1911Ken. I just ordered a 16" mid upper from PSA for $279. Now, I just need to find a good deal on a BCG.
