New at handloading, but I've found Natchez and Grafs have the best pricing.
Graf's does not charge shipping, so be sure to factor that in as you shop around.

It depends on how much your willing to buy. If your only buying 8# of powder and a couple thousand primers it will cost you almost the same as buying it at your local store. The Scheels store in Reno had it priced right at what it would cost you to pay the Hazmat and shipping for 8# of powder. The only problem was it wasn't always in stock.
Bullets for 500 you save about $5
If you can get some friends together and make a group buy.
