Hello everyone. My handle is RegionRat and I’m from SoCal. I’m called RegionRat because I was raised in the steel mills of the Calumet Region of the Great Lakes.
I’m recently retired after 35 years in the defense business and will be doing a little consulting. This gives me time to jump onto the SH forum.
I have been doing a little more match shooting now that I’m retired. This has been mostly High Power and Service Rifle. Long ago I was a competitive Field Target airgunner and also did both hunter rifle and revolver Silhouette.
I have hunted and fished since childhood.
My direct experience was mostly heavier weapons, but included light arms and surveillance systems.
