For this Christmas I wish for an asteroid to smash into every company, actor and advertiser who replaces the words of a Christmas carol with cheesy lyrics to hawk their product or service.

May they all be pulverized at super hot temperatures on this glorious day!

And I definitely agree that the marketing ploys have gotten out of hand. Been that way for a long time but seems to get worse every year.

I didn't buy shit for hte holidays except 1 5 foot piece of PVC for $1.25 and one can of spray paint for $5.85

I made 4PVC flutes and gave them to the kids.

They loved them.
