Not a flash bang but they look like fun.

Those are fun, other than some Co2 things like airsofters use no. I know they (flash bangs) use the same fuses as smoke grenades but those are atf controlled now.

Same company posted above has 12 gauge flash bangs also.
I have not looked in a while but have seen these before from a different company so there may be even more options out there.

Check out IWA international. They offer their M12 Distraction Device. Uses a cardboard canister so it's rated as a pyrotechnic and it's rated at 124dB at 15 feet. Not sure if there is a flash per se...
