Shilen really doesn't get enough credit. Their select match ratchet barrels are second to none. I know people say some pretty stupid shit on this site but people unnecessarily hyper obsess over cut rifled barrels here. The Shilen ratchet rifled barrel is one of the best you can buy. Especially for really fast twist, high velocity cartridges. Easy on the bullets and super accurate

BIG AGREE there. I've shot both brands and like both. I like shilen if i need standard twists and PBB if i need something faster. both shoot lights out with a good chamber job
