I went to my farm yesterday to shoot a while in the muddy horse pasture. Had my AAC M4 can in my ruck and put it on my Noveske after I was done with my R700 and did a test shot with it at a different range and target at the end of the day.

Got in my vehicle with the can in my hand, and I noticed a rattle.

A .22LR round was inside the can hanging out between a couple of the baffles! It's a good thing it had not protruded!

Lesson learned: check your can for obstructions before firing!

Re: Close One!

Yeah. Probably a good thing to carry it inside the AAC pouch (made by ATS Tacticaldown the road I hear) whenever it's in my ruck.

Had some rounds in there to plink w/my suppressed 22/45, and they got loose.

Would not have been fun.
