CLR + SS baffles + US = pink

I did the first cleaning of my ruger rimfire suppressor using CLR and an ultrasonic cleaner for the baffles. Ran the US for 20 min and the baffles are clean but a few of them are now pink. In this purely cosmetic or did I mess them up?

Don’t use CLR on anything but titanium.
