Coldbore on recent MacBook (M4 or M3)???

Just wondering if anyone has been successful in getting Coldbore up and running on the new MacBooks with the M4 or M3 processors in Parallels or some other virtual machine.

Since these processors are not x86 compatible I’m not sure it will work.

I've tried, but no joy. I used Parallels with multiple versions of Mac HW. I am not sure why. I wonder whether it is the security keys and algorithm that they use

Parallels on the new M series chips uses the ARM version of Windows for virtualization. While it can do a pretty good job with most x86 programs, some things just won't run.

The Emulation mentioned above emulates the Intel processor, not just virtualization of the OS. There is a performance hit but it will allow more things to work.
