I haven't read the entire thread, but have you verified your chrono function wrt to the ES / SD problem? Especially if it's a light based chrono.
Consistency, or lack thereof

Quick and dirty. 72 rounds to arrive at a working load. No stats required. Group size is irrelevant.
Velocity was consistent and predictable. Pressure well within acceptable limits. Should be consistent. Just a bit more recoil to manage.
Excuse the wild poi shift. Damn cataracts. Lighting changed and I lost the tiny dots. Had to make em bigger.
