Conversion from push button swivel to HK hooks????

Does anyone make something that would insert in a QD socket that would take HK hooks??

What about something like this?

You'd have to modify the clip out of it, or maybe have someone make you one with a push button swivel on one end and on the other a small ring? A short piece of nylon webbing should cut down on noise. and let you run an HK hook into it.

Or if you have a rail may be easier to go with something like this? http://www.vikingtactics.com/rifleacc_lusa.html That way you could run either attachment.

I use two of these on my 16" Recon.
KAC-KNIGHTS ARMAMENT HK HOOK BALLLOCK SLING SWIVEL
They tighten down with a hex wrench, and are just the right size for the HK hooks.

They work superbly but are very expensive (years ago got 2 @ gun show for $20).

I run the Hk hooks, and have found for the
Front, I use the Viking tactics LUSA
Center, CQD sling plate adaptor
Rear, Small Ubolt from Lowe's with 4 hex nuts (two on each side of the stock) through the rear of the LMT SOPMOD stock.

The KAC thing is expensive and like the OP I would need 6-8 of them

The HK hooks I have used in the past do fail at times. I do like the MASH hooks in place of them.

A little cheaper, but would still require some cash and a little creative modding on your part.

You might be able to thread this into a flush cup, or maybe Devcon it in?

You might be able to do the same thing with the eyebolts from Lowes/Home Depot for a fraction of the cost. Find the bolt the right size and tap the cup for the threads and add a little blue Loctite?

I found these too, but the hole is probably too small for the HK hook. Would require building a small loop, maybe 550? best part is they're relatively cheap, compared to some of the other options.

You know you just want to make something

Just mill a slot next the the flush cup and weld a tang on the adaptor. That would keep it from spinning, at least.

For a rail mount, I have one you can have, but you have to use an opening link. Very functional but still noisy.

yes, KAC makes one and they bend you over for $60 on it because that's what KAC does.

Or, if you have push button swivels an only have loops of the rifle, you can go the other way around with their GTSW269
