I have a case of Corbon 308 168gr bullets ammo and I was wondering how far this ammo is stable and effective 700,800,900 yards? Thanks Blaster

I going to say 600 and in should shoot extremly well. After that it will start to be unstable IMO. (168 SMK only)

The Corbon web page describes that bullet as "Performance Match HPBT". They also don't list a BC to that bullet.
So, it may not be a 168 SMK. It would be useful to know what that bullet is.
If it is a 168 SMK, at sea level except on very warm days, it's not going to get to 1000 yards supersonic, and on cool or cold days, it's not going to be effective past 800 yards.

The Corbon 168's on the site are the SMK's, although I know they have VLD's avail. Up here in Colorado I think the 168's would mist likely do fine at 1000 on a hot day; but the 175's would outshine them in more "normal" conditions.
