Could a .260 Lee Collet die be used on 6.5CM?

Is the 6.5 Creedmoor case close enough to the 260 Rem that a Lee Collet die for the 260 could be used to size the necks on a Creed?

How do you adjust neck tension?
I tried following the instructions provided...

Order a new size mandrel from Lee, they're only like 6 or 7 bucks.
