I go out to pawnee national grasslands. It's wide open so finding cover is a bitch, but you can see em coming for quite a ways. There's also quite a few up the poudre canyon on the state trust lands. And alot of dogs up on buckhorn road near peanock pass. Of course these are just the northern spots I know. You'll have to ask around for spots in the south.
The poudre and buckhorn areas have yeilded large bobcats. I have personally seen a bunch and I was trying to take a shot at one on Monday, but wasn't comfortable with the shot...so that one lived to fight another day.
