I finally got my gun and I did wait so long...like 6 mo's for the order to come in and I did put a great scope and I can not figure out how to share??? is it difficult to post pics???

weim, go to www.imageshack .com. Easy to use their site to put images into code to use with forums. If you sign up fro a free account you can utilize their multi uploader to post several at once.

I did save enough for a little vodka and beer...
I did take the gun out today and it did seem heavy. Does anybody have experience with Daniel defense rails? and how much lighter may they be? By the time I load this gun up with all the goodies I think it may be to heavy to be practical.

I hope you reload if you expect to wring the performance out of those components. Nice rig.
Get an ACOG and build a bolt gun for the Hensoldt to ride.

That is exactly my plan...someday to put acog on M4 and get a bolt for the hensoldt. For now I think this will be a egg breaking SOB
and a coyote killing machine
But there were a few funny things I learned with this gun also...Les Bear says in his packet
"Note: your Ultimate AR-15 barrel has already broken in from the manufacturer when you receive it from your dealer"

"Use only high quality commercially manufactured ammunition, in good condition. we DO NOT recommend the use of hand loaded ammunition or re-manufactured ammunition. Use only high quality .223 ammunition."
So with this in mind I did buy the Lapua 69 grain scenar and the BH 69 grain SMK
This is my first AR and I am looking forward to getting to know it very well. I think I will start with complete disassemble and cleaning this afternoon...
