Hey Guys,

When I'm using my lee factory crimping die on my 208gr AMAZ projectiles no matter how hard I try or how much I adjust the die I still can't get enough to stop the projectile being able to be moved by hand in a rotational direction. I tried on a factory round and achieved the same outcome but surely I shouldn't be able to turn the projectile by hand

If your turning your necks, this could also pose a problem. Even still, the Lee crimp die should still crimp the case neck into the bullet easily. Something is probably not set up correctly...

I am wondering if you are over crimping causing the neck to buckle (open up) except for the actual crimped part which is still hold the bullet because you in effect created a cannelure.

Hey guys,

Played around with it and found that it was operator error as it was my first case which I did a dummy round. Next one I did had no issues now the dies are set
