Is there a custom action with a Remington 700 foot print?? I have a stock already cut for a Remington action, thinking about going with a custom action....

Pretty much ALL of them are 700 footprint. Only conflict may be the bolt handle cutout. Some fit that better than others.

a little research goes a loooong way.
very simple to type in the action your looking at and see the entire specs on it.

The Black bear and 2013 have always kinda given me a chubby.
They don't make rem700 footprint actions.... definitely not a thing. You must be thinking of the win70 compatible stuff
