Custom Takedown Build Help

Hello,

I want to start my first post by saying this is a great site with tons of information. Also, I hope this thread wasn't covered elsewhere and that I've started it in the correct forum.

Here we go:

I would like to build a takedown rimfire with an integral suppressor and free floating fore end. I was inspired by the Volquartsen Fusion.

Then I was immediately <span style="font-style: italic">uninspired</span> by its $1,900 price tag. Also, it is not suppressed.

The AWC ULTRA II integral suppressor will fit a Marlin Papoose.

The ULTRA II on the Papoose is almost exactly what I want. What I don't like is the Marlin stock and the missing fore end. How do I attach the free floating fore end? Do I need a custom/aftermarket receiver? If so, should I scrap the Papoose altogether and start from scratch?

Any ideas or references to available parts would be greatly appreciated.
