It has a 3/8" dovetail. BKL makes an adapter to Weaver.

Actually the Varmint has the 11mm dovetail. I run the 25MOA rail from DIP on mine

EGW makes a Picatinny rail also for the CZ 452 11mm dovetail or CZ's 3/8 dovetail which is different from other 3/8 dovetail.
It's available in 2OMOA for CZ's 3/8 dovetail.

BTW the BKL will fit both 11mm and 3/8 dovetails, don't know about the CZ 3/8 dovetail. Anyone use the BKL dovetail to weaver adapter on a CZ 3/8 dovetail?

I have a left handed CZ 452 American. I used a 20 MOA base from a 10/22. I had the receiver drilled and tapped for 8-32 screws and the holes on the base opened up. Now I can shim the base and utilize all of the elevation available in my scope.
