Data book in metric?

I read the awesome post that NOMAD made regarding data books, and I've decided to order one.

I'm completely new to actually recording data regarding my shooting. I absolutely love the metric system and wished our lame measurement system in the US didn't exist. Does anyone else record all their data using the metric system? If so, do you find that it makes it hard to compare data with others or look things up online? (I.e., I'm thinking of the standard velocity data in fps, etc).

Also, my scope is mil/mil - not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks!
