Deburring LR Flash Hole

Some new Hornady 300 PRC brass arrived today, so I wanted to start prepping some cases. I got out my K&M Precision flash hole deburring tool and the hole in the primer pockets are too small for the cutter to enter. The K&M tool cutter is .0785 according to my IGaging OriginCal. Is it ok to open all this brass up to .0785? Also note my Lyman tool has a cutter diameter of .0795.

Yes, perfectly fine. Probably better if the holes are slightly under size, so you know your cutter will kiss every one.
