Anybody know how to actually call @Defy Gear ? I ordered a rail from them and it appears to be lost in the mail. No phone number on the website, just a “leave a email and we will respond box”.

Hi, we got your email after hours last night and we were working on getting orders out this morning, sorry we couldn't reply sooner.

USPS delivery times are really lagging this season with the increased package volume and decreased labor force, so we're seeing 3-5 day delays vs. their quoted 3 day timeline for most packages. Unfortunately it isn't feasible to ship via UPS and still offer free shipping with how expensive it's gotten these days.
