Last time the Communist mouthpiece guild tried to get laws twisted to favour only them, they didn't appreciate it when the "NRA News" came along....

Eventually they will want to say that only "official" journalists have protections / rights (and by "official" they mean belonging to a dedicated communist organization), but they are waiting till they have fully secured the government in solid permanent communist control first.
