I'll post up, might help hold myself accountable :) No weights for me, I just started back seriously with boot camp at my local YMCA though. It's 3 days a week, Mon Wed Fri and my goal is to add something on the off days once I get over the initial soreness. Background for me- I've never been in good shape, 31 years old. Around 3-4 years ago I decided to do something about it, ended up going from about 280 and a 42" waist down to 205 and 36" waist over the course of about 1.5-2 years I guess, wish I would have tracked it better. Changing eating habits and ymca bootcamp 3days a week did it for me. I have gotten a bit lazy but refuse to go back down that road. Currently I'm at about 225 and 38" waist, needing to lose stomach and chest fat.

Yesterday consisted of sprints, situps, jumping jacks, lunges & squats- my calves and stomach are feeling it today, it hurts so good haha
Looking forward to Friday!

Yes, sick as a dog with a sinus infection... Couldn't sleep past 3am and had to be at work for a 12 hour shift at 7am. Got up and tried to clear my head with some nasal spray and got all medicated again and was still miserable. So I went for a 3 mile run and which totally cleared my sinus out. Still miserable at work but at least I got in a run for my wasted sleep time.

For me the drive to the gym seems to be the limiting factor. Wish I could have a gym next door.
