AX has a different buttstock and a tube with a bunch of rails... and costs twice as much. That's pretty much it.
Regular ax and axmc goes up to 338lm. AT does not go up to 338lm. Ax has fix barrel. I feel it is more accurate as you are not swapping barrel all the time.
It's the identical action, both have the quick change barrel. The difference is the chassis.
What's to stop someone from buying the AT & putting it in a AX chassis?
Thanks redneckbmxer.
I had my heart set on the AX but if it has an identical action and identical barrels I’m starting to lean towards the AT. I have just got to figure out if the price difference is worth the difference in the chassis.
Also is the AT 308 Win barrel available at 26’’ (I could only find listed 24’’)?
Cheers
