Dip base return???

Is this one of the company's that you
Guys talk about as aweful customers service?
I've emailed every address they have with
No response from any? Seems unless your
Ordering a product they are impossible
To reach? Has anyone ever got a return
Message from them? Just sad?

Are taking care of exchange! Just make sure you
Keep all order # cause your up the creek without.
But gotta give them credit for taking care of me!
