Suppressors Direct thread suppressor coming loose during strings of fire

I have a direct thread can that has a habit of coming loose while shooting which degrades accuracy over strings of fire-
shots tend to wander south.

details:

supressor: TBAC 30p-1

weapon: JP LRP-07 (6.5 Creedmoor)

The TBAC shoots very well while connected to my 284 win bolt gun and stays locked up tight.

I was wondering if any other shooters have experienced this with d/t cans on a large AR?

I contacted Zak at TBAC and he believes it is the threads on the muzzle and I am inclined to agree.

I am OK with shooting the gun w/out the suppressor as it hammers, I just want to better understand the issue.

I might end up sending the upper and suppressor to TBAC for their take on the situation.

Please advise.

Would making one wrap around the muzzle with Teflon plumber's white tap or the yellow gas tape help?
