+1 what they said but here's a SMOOTHER way to handle it.
"OK Tell ya what, it has to be legal, I'll get a lawyer to draw this up, we sign and send off to the judge".
In reality that is how it goes, if she signs, you are set.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - make sure there is a "Moving out of state" claus (Been screwed by that), and a "Denial of visitation" claus...
Basically keeps her from just packing up and leaving state without written permission, court permission, and a 90 day waiting period for you to contest it.
Denial of visitation, simple, file a contempt of court. My judge said if he saw one more of these SHE would be asking for visitation - and she has NEVER crossed that line again...
