Yes, it is a kris. Many of these knives are from the Philippines. But it could be from anywhere in southeastern asia, such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, etc.
The wavy blade promotes uneven cuts that get infected easier and don’t seal as easily. The curved hilt grip helps in stabbing and slashing strikes.
As far as value, it is probably not worth much, as kris as extremely common blades in Southeast Asia. You can get similiar knives from street vendors in Asia for $20 to $40 USD. That is unless you have proof that it was made or owned by someone famous, or if it has some religious value.
